Refund Policy

Bellydance Class Policies

1. There are no refunds on unused classes.

2. Class cards cannot be transferred to future sessions or to another person under any circumstances.

3. If you register for a class card and need to cancel, we will refund less a $50 administration fee if you cancel within 1 week after the start of the session.

4. No refunds will be provided beyond the first week of a session.

5. If you have health issues and wish to put your class card on hold just bring us a signed doctor’s letter and we will put your class card on hold until your Doctor approves your return to class.

6. NSF cheques are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

7. BellyUp reserves the right to cancel any of the bellydance classes at any time and/or change class times if classes are consistently under attended.

Specialty Class Policies

1. All specialty classes require advance registration. BellyUp reserves the right to cancel the class if there is insufficient registration in which case BellyUp will refund your registration in full.

2. If you register and pay for a specialty class and need to cancel you have until one week after the start of the session to obtain a full refund less $50 administration fee for cancellation.

3. No refunds on unused classes and unused classes cannot be transferred to future sessions.

4. Since specialty classes are taught by contract instructors, we cannot put your class card on hold for any reason as there is no guarantee the program you registered for will still be available when you are able to return to class.

5. There are no make-up classes for specialty classes since they are classes that only run once a week. So try not to miss your classes so you don’t lose a class. If your type of class offers multiple levels, it is at the discretion of your instructor to allow you to make-up a class at a different level. And if the Instructor teaches at other locations, you can discuss with the instructor the availability of doing a make-up at another location/class. Please see the instructor directly to make arrangements.

Zumba & Yoga Policies

Students for these classes must register directly with the specific instructor and must abide by the instructor's class policies.
